Team did not communicate well

We were asked several different times for info we had already provided. We also had no say so in the intrest percentage we were given on the HELOC loan over 10 percent when we have perfect credit. We were very upset with this Most of our issues...

I would like to thank Andrea and her team on the great assistance they have extended to us. When we were doubtful that we would be able to get the house they have provided ways and means to make it sure we would be able to get it.
