None of our move from Indiana to North Carolina was easy. Andrea at Envoy made it so much easier. She communicated very well, answered questions in a heartbeat, and was very understanding.

If I had not been an uninformed buyer, I would have been at a much higher rate, or an adjustable rate buy-down instead of a fixed rate. In addition, Andrea calling my realtor to ask for gossip on me was disgusting. I have already shared not...

I was sometimes asked two, provide the information more than once. The whole process was very confusing. It should never have been this difficult to buy a house and be approved for a loan.

Andrea was great to work with and helped us feel properly informed when making decisions around our mortgage.
