Brian was available at basically all hours of the day for any questions that I ever had. He was quick on returning loan estimates and always fast to respond. Definately got lucky with who we choose to get our loan from.

i Don't necessarily blame Envoy Mortage I think Brian just needs an attitude adjustment and training on proper etiquette when dealing with customers.

The team was always available to answer my questions , and was able to provide answers that made sense to me, as someone with no knowledge of these processes. Everyone I worked with was kind and efficient .
