Closing was delayed because paperwork wasn't finalized in time, we were told we needed to pay for and obtain a POA on our own, which we did, and then two days before we needed to hahe it signed, we were told it actually needed to be written...

Brian and the team were great and super helpful guiding us through the home buying process. Slight hiccup with the appraisal process, but other than that, it was a great experience.
