Lots of issues with the Docusign technology. Other than that Envoy was very resonsive and timely. There was some confusion on the dollar amounts at closing but it worked out.

clear instructions on documents that are needed versus back-and-forth communication and doing it twice. Also ensure you use the customers correct name when communicating.
