I felt as if Envoy as a whole (not at all Josh in particular) gave us very unfair interest rates, and Josh explained it to me, but even some short weeks later the available rates are much lower. They also added in discount points without consulting...

Josh is extremely courteous and helpful. He took care of EVERYTHING and helped me understand the process of home buying. He consistently checked in with me and made sure I was taken care of by all parties involved.
