Connor is what made the experience outstanding. He answered every call I made to him and not once did it go to voicemail. He greeted me by name each time I called. He kept me informed and up to date with use of the portal as well as in emails....

Chain of communication had some breakdown, and the necessity of an app was annoying

Connor went above and beyond! Answered every question we had thoroughly. He was also incredibly prompt and had us prepared for every step.
