After closing it has been crickets, leading up we had to tell them to correct the names on the mortgage over 3 times. We received little support and would not use or recommend them again.

Matt and his team was great to work with, looking forward to using them again.

Team members did not seem to communicate with each other at all which resulted in multiple requests for the same documents. Team leader, Matt Askew, seemed to place blame on team members for errors when, as team lead, should've fallen on him...
