We were given an amount that was a flat rate from our realtor on what your services would cost and then at closing the number was significantly different. It was disappointing.

The closing time was amazing and the lack of paperwork to be signed was awesome. I just never had any direct communication about where the buyer was in the loan process. That would be nice to have

Willie always answered the phone when I called or called me back in a timely matter.

Very easy process. Willie and his team answer all of my questions in a timely manner.
