The communication needs to be improved. Several times our emails were either responded to weeks later, or worse, not at all. The same goes for phone calls. Some patience could be exercised as well. This is a huge purchase and the lending field...

Willie and his team were very professional. They communicated very well, were on top of every detail, and gave us options and advice that we could trust.
