    Willie T did his thing, he communicated well and stayed on top of everything. He made sure that everyone did their part. He communicated by phone and text and was very responsive. He is my guy and I would recommend him any time of the week....

    There was an understanding of what needed to happen and expectations were known upfront. There was constant communication to ensure a smooth lending and closing process.
