Everyone was friendly and professional.

Letting us know that every time we updated our information with them, they were pulling our credit report again. We had 4 or 5 hard inquiries and it dropped our credit score.
Great communication, very prompt at answering questions and keeping the loan process moving forward all the way to closing! I would highly recommend Jim and his team!
