Better communication. As a first time home buyer the terms could have been explained better. I would have appreciated also if our loan was not handed over to a different person the day before we closed making closing a nightmare. I didn't appreciate...

This is my second time using Gwen and her team as a lender and they really are fantastic. Tons of communication, quick turnaround, and really going out of their way to make sure the process is understood. Great teamwork!
