Lenders gave me hell, they had me running through so many hoops, day of closing 45 minutes until I signed papers they came up with more b***s***
Everything was on time and had no struggles

I did not deal with Nick Gallicchio, I dealt with John Martins. This was the 8th home I have purchased over the past 30 years and have never dealt with someone that was so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional as John.

A phone call! Late emails requiring immediate attention was not the way to go; if I had a question after hours (because the email was sent to me after hours) how was I supposed to get a hold of someone to ask a question??
