The process itself can be frustrating (all the info and forms to be completed) but everyone I dealt with was super. The staff was quick to respond and always respectful, knowledgeable and helpful.

The communication and knowledge of the team was great. this was my first home loan so i had lots of questions, and they took me through every one and kept in touch regarding ths loan status and were so encouraging and positive.
