Chris is very knowledgeable and is great at what he does. I would encourage anyone to use Chris when doing a mortgage or refinance loan.

The initial loan officer was very organized and informative.

All of the people were accommodating to our multiple tech issues. This was not something we planned to do but we were solicited and it worked out fine. Thanks for your help.
The loan officers changed many times, and no answers to questions or emails - including Nick. The closing took 4 hours because the documents were not sent to the correct escrow agent. Luckily, the escrow agents were competent and very helpful....

My loan was the worst consumer experience untill Matt Schultz got involved to actually get the loan moving.
