Everyone at AFN was polite and knowledgeable made the whole process quick and easy I couldn’t have asked for a better experience on refinancing
It felt like I was dealing with a close friend from day one. I have been receiving three to four calls a day and they felt forced on me. I never once felt forced throughout the whole time I received or called them.
Excellent communication, primarily by email which is preferred. Clear expectations and timeline.
Everyone involved with the loan was professional, quickly answered questions and emails. They Also was as friendly as efficient.

Poor or no communication. Closing was late for no go reason, which did not benefit buyer and seller. The closing attorney was also receiving no or late response. Will not recommend.
