They didn’t provide any resolution for why my insurance payment from escrow was $1,100 more than what my renewal policy shows. They wouldn’t share information from my insurance company or a plan to help clarify why that large payment was sent....

Experience was satisfactory

Not take out of escrow for two insurance premiums from two different companies. BSI was quick to do and escrow adjustment but 30 days to adjust back.

Kerstin didn't seem to happy to have to assist me. She did and she got the job done but she was not happy about it.
