Ericka answered my questions about my PMI clearly, directed me where I needed to go for the correct documents, and made sure I knew Important additional info, like who my PMI investor is. 10/10 would call again.

Desiree took the time to the figure out why my account was being drafted but not applied to my payments. She then emailed to have the balance applied so the "late notice" would be removed. I was very stressed about it as I have never been late...

Our call disconnected after I first started speaking with Ben, which was frustrating, however Ben called me right back and resolved my issue. It was a small gesture but most support reps wouldn’t take the time.

The phone number provided did not provide access to the Point Of Contact. Instead I was transferred thru 2 different people and put on a very long hold only to be connected with a Voicemail. Not helpful.
