Conversation was short toned & didnt seem like my concerns were of importance . Did not feel like my problem was truly solved & felt like I was the leading the call.

Honestly I get it, she was just doing her job and letting me know that not processing a check that comes in is not an option. I still feel as though it should be, I put a stop payment on it with my bank however they advised me to call and loop...
