the call was lengthy because I had a lot of questions and some she had to repeat the explanation a few times as I was not understanding the process. She was very professional even though she was having to repeat herself to me.

The last 3 representatives I spoke to have now complicated my principal payments to my mortgage account, and I still don't think it's right. Please call me to get this issue resolved.
