Was a quick conversation, only thing that was bad was getting to talk to someone. It took forever to get a representative.

All i needed was ky my payoff. I close tomorrow on my home. How difficult can this be? Everyone I have talked to agrees that this should have been handled immedially, with no wait period. I will never use or recommend BSI to anyone in the future....

She was patient with my questions and stuck with me until we had it all done correctly. Desiree was able to explain my options. She is very kind and helpful.

The automated phone system made it harder than necessary to get to a customer service representative. Once I was able to speak with someone, customer service was great!
