Lorraine Tripp was friendly and gave great customer servic. I had so much anxiety just calling and she helped me through it.

Mauricio was very knowledgable and friendly, and helped me understand my options for repayment/loss mitigation.

You make everything extremely difficult. I hope to get you out of my life sooner rather than later. Your website is terrible. Your customer care does get it right eventually but I can't recommend you to anyone.

Have People that are Trying to help not just punching a time card ... I been calling for weeks to get my program conpleted and etc . I talked to Danny and he was going to call me back but still no call or answer anymore
