Mainly because the office was open beyond 4-5pm so we could reach someone quickly. The customer service rep was quick to look at our concern and got it resolved quickly. Nice lady that gave us good service. Issue resolved. Thanks!

Travelers pulled out of California. I had to get 2 insurances instead of one (Fire & Suplemntal). I have escrow account. To avoid coverage delay per your insurance department suggestion, I paid for both myself. I received refund for Fire but...
