My issue got resolved.

Tamara cjecked my acct and said everything looked ok from that end. Asked me to wait about 48 hours and try to enter the system again. If still having access issues, call us back.

Just dealing with an unfortunate financial situation, the employee I spoke too was very professional though

My call was initially transferred to the wrong department; however, once I was connected to correct department my question was answered.

My question was not answered; however, I was transferred to another department for resolution.

They were nice and helpful. Good customer service.

They told me somethings I didn't know so I learned some.

Because somethings i don't even know the told me about it.
