Representative was not professional at one point she almost hung up on me, she didn’t understand my question and was not helpful at all!!

He was able to help me with my negative escrow and help me to make my payment and to bring my house payment back down so thank you for that

She was so rude and acted like it was such a problem to help me.

it was ok , he answered my question but the problem it was created from the company and the way they menage the documents every year for insurance department , not working well.
