I thought the process was easy to navigate through the site. The information was clear and easy to understand. I like how easy the process was with everything done through the site. Everyone we spoke to was friendly as well.
Annette and her team kept us informed, were regularly ahead of schedule, and guided us through any issues that arose.
We were kept informed during the whole loan process. All of the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Everyone kept us on schedule for deadlines with consideration of our work and personal life and schedules.
