Communication stopped mid way through the process and no one knew what was going on, we didn't even know we were going to be working with a processor that wasn't Mr. Betts.

Unprofessional and bulling behavior. Threw other lenders under the bus. Very aggressive and manipulative behavior. I lost a lower rate at another lender because of these guys. Do not use.
