    The communication during the process was very good. They kept us informed about what we needed for closing. If we emailed or called there reply was quick. Closing went very smooth.

    To many questions uptil the last moment . Not sure about the number uptil 1 hr before closing. RATE charged was more than the average mortgage rate almost by 1 percent even though I put 50 per cent down and a cr score of 789.
