I'm sorry you did not have a great experience. Nothing is more important than delivering great customer experiences.
Virtually no leg work needed to be done on my end and it took very little time from start to finish. Got my rate and my payment down and thats what matters.

Communication stopped mid way through the process and no one knew what was going on, we didn't even know we were going to be working with a processor that wasn't Mr. Betts.
