Wonida Welch worst experience ever!! Do not use her !!!!!!!! She drags her feet , poor communication can not thrive on last minute . Our family was suppose to close on 5/7 . As of 5/8 she still hadn't submitted everything to the attorneys office...

would like for the amount borrowed to have been given to me instead of checks being written through the attorney to the pay ease. I had to mail the checks or deliver them by hand to the pay ease and two of them still haven't been processed...
