The responsiveness was very good. Could have put a bit more effort into explaining the "why" of certain portions during the process.

There were basic errors in our file that slowed down our closing but that wasn't a major issue. The email and text communication was good but we would have appreciated something face to face.

Both Craig and Felecia were responsive to my many questions throughout the loan process and made it all pretty easy.
