Was kept informed of what was happening with the loan. Got timely answers when I had questions.

Craig and his team worked hard to help us every step of the way. When we hit a little bump in the road on the day of closing they helped to get the matter resolved and we closed on our home only 1 and a half hours later then the scheduled time....
