I don't think it was his fault. Some of the supporting services had unusual timelines for task completion - particularly the appraiser.

Terrell is a straight shooter. He won’t let a deal die. He’s Thorough and very knowledgeable in his field and was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be using Terrell in the future.
