Do yourself a favor and take advantage of a local guy who knows his stuff. Eric will make it simple and explain it all. He is very professional, and gets the job done. Great experience!!!!
He explained the process very well and he was very pleasant from the time we started the process until we finished the process. He worked very hard to get everything we wanted and succeeded.
Owen and his team are phenomenal! They were able to do get me through the home buying process and closed within 15 days. I would recommend Owen and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Eric is very personable and competent, very thorough. He kept me informed of each step in the loan process and was helpful answering my questions and making return phone calls in a timely manner.
Eric was great to work with. He was always available when we had questions. Due to his great work ethic and ability to keep things moving, we were able to close and be in our house in 30 days! It was great!!!
