David communicates well with all parties in the home-buying transaction. It was nice to have him reach out to me as the seller's agent with a "clear to close" message. It was nice meeting David at the closing; it added a personal touch.

David is great to work with! Every time I work with David I know it's going to be a smooth sail right to the closing table.
Everytime I work with David I know we are going to make it to the closing table. This is my 4th time working with David and he always responds to my emails, he keeps me updated during the transaction and is overall just a great person!
