Bryan Graham was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole mortgage process and patient as our situation changed when one deal fell through on the first house that we were looking at purchasing.

Knowing how to lower interest rate by discounting with points and offsetting this expense from prorated taxes that was paid by seller.
