Ruoff Loan Officer Ed Tilk was very knowlegeable regarding mortgage questions and responded quickly with answers.
The loan officer only communicated with my fiancé and left me out of emails and communications even though we were both on the loan. Felt discriminated against as a woman during the loan process.
We were treated like family ♡ always up to date with everything and made the process painless and easy to understand. Becky is the best!
