There were some delays but those were not the fault of the Ruoff folks - private inspection, MSHDA approval, etc.

We really appreciated the fact that Ed always took our phone calls or would return them promptly. That was very important to us. He explained everything clearly to us. The process moved along quickly.
If we had questions they were answered. And if we weren't sure on things Edward Tilk made sure everything was fine ☺️ and his guidance was amazing ☺️ I would recommend Edward Tilk to everyone ☺️
