If you like waiting and having to prompt people to do their job, this is the company for you. So many hiccups in the process of getting our loan. Took over 3 months from start to finish. I'm not sure how they keep business

It felt like the rate that was initially given is just for hooking me up. I would have appreciated more clarification on the "float down" option from the experts. Otherwise the team was helpful.

Not Bob's fault it took 6 months to sell house (with escalating rent on our new house). He was very understanding and helpful. However a few suggestions: It was 5-6 months since our initial discussion of the process of how to do this deal....
