Laura is very thorough and kind. I’m so thankful that she has been able to handle my loan process twice now.

Very happy with Zack and the remortgage process. Communication was just the right amount - not too much, not too little. Closing costs were just about on what was estimated. Very transparent and answered questions promptly.
