He got us pre-qualified for a home which made it easy to get into the home we loved without spending a lot of time.These days being quick is really important when you find something.

I really liked how smooth the process went but found it rather "removed" to have no in person interaction to go over things more. Sometimes in the beginning questions seemed as though they were hard to ask as for someone who doesn't buy homes...
