Everything was explained well, and easy to understand. Great personal service, and even met us in person at the closing. Super quick turn around from applying for the loan to getting approved.
Kyle was super friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. As he pointed out, the closing process was MUCH easier than I had in the past, because they specifically work with mortgages, not just a bank.
