    Jessica went above and beyond. We were in an accident on the way to closing and had to be transported to the ER. She brought all the closing papers to us at the ER and took care of every little detail making closing a breeze for us.

    Jim himself was great and responsive, but when he went on vacation it seemed that everything fell apart. He got it back on track when he returned. But you need more team members like Jim.
