This was the worst experience I ever had. I am a first time home buyer and the loan officer Kay Grice and the processor Marie was not on the same accord. The loan officer got me to pay for an appraisal before I was even approved for the home....

My experience in buying the house was easy and enjoyable because it did simplify the process. The was accessible at all times to answer my questions. All this despite my low budget they arranged everything so that I was able to close my purchase....
