Dena is amazing. She was always available to answer any questions we had about our loan. This was the 2nd loan she helped us with and if there's ever a 3rd, we wouldn't hesitate to seek her out again.

Several details on the documents sent for my review were incorrect and some remained even after I asked for correction. I was told they couldn't be changed. I haven't applied for a mortgage for almost 30 years and have never had one in NC....
