    This was a difficult file, however I don’t feel Troy had a full grasp of the underwriting guidelines from the beginnning which forced several changes to be made to the loan along the way causing closing delays. Communication was awful until...

    Kendra Lamanna is Great. She said that closing would be smooth and it was. Actually Kendra and Cardinal Financial were early. I will definately recommend her and her company. She was my wing through the entire process.
