Mr. Cerulli's willingness to go the extra mile to make sure all things fell in place.
The process was accurately explained and very simple to complete.
In other refinances I have had to submit nearly endless amounts of documentation. I estimate needed about 60% less witn John and AFN.
Professional , personal, painless experience! Steve Richmond was excellent!
