I asked many times to confirm what my rate was and I never got confirmation. No call. No email. Nothing. Only when I had to sign paperwork did I see the rate which was also significantly higher than what I was quoted verbally.
John and his group were always available to answer all my questions no matter how big or small. They were all very friendly and worked with me to get the type of loan I was looking for.
