Terry spent the time to evaluate our situation and develop a path to the highest probability to approval. Loan officers with other companies were just processors. My family and I appreciate Terry’s approach, candor, and understanding.
I sometimes had trouble understanding the loan process or getting my questions answered. There were also a few times where I wish I would have had some advance notice to put together requested documents or complete other time-consuming tasks....
